Geographical location of Shanghai International Shipping Service Center

Shanghai International Shipping Service Center is located in the North Bund, Hongkou District, Shanghai, across the river from Lujiazui, Pudong. The plot is connected with the Shanghai Port International Passenger Transport Center on the west side, forming a riverside area twice the length of the Bund. The establishment of Shanghai International Shipping Service Center is to reflect the core function and scale effect of Shanghai shipping service industry, so as to achieve the purpose of gathering multinational shipping enterprises. To this end, this project focuses on the needs of shipping transactions and commerce, strengthens the business and supporting functions of shipping services, embodies the shipping characteristics with yacht harbor pool, forms classic buildings along the river that meet the shipping theme, and realizes modern office and business district featuring shipping center. The functional orientation of the area includes all facilities, including offices, businesses, conferences, hotels and apartment hotels, as well as yacht harbor swimming pools. The whole project consists of three plots: east, west and middle.

Shanghai International Shipping Service Center is located at Yangshupu Road 18, with a total construction area of 48,000 square meters. The new building highlights the deepening of port information function and the optimization of port service environment, and integrates port functional departments such as inspection and quarantine, customs, maritime affairs and border inspection with shipping-related enterprises such as ports, shipping, freight forwarding, financial insurance and legal consultation, further highlighting the convenience and comprehensiveness of one-stop port service.

Shanghai International Shipping Service Center has 780 meters of Huangpu River coastline with a total construction area of about 550,000 square meters. It is jointly invested by Shanghai International Port Group and China Sinochem Corporation, with each party holding half of the shares. It is expected to be completed on 20 12. At that time, it will be connected with Shanghai Port International Passenger Transport Center, forming a "golden triangle" pattern with the Bund financial block in the west and the Pudong Xiaolujiazui financial and trade zone across the river in the south.
