Huatian Technology, formerly known as 1969, Gansu Tianshui Yonghong Equipment Factory (749 Factory) and Gansu Tianshui Tianguang Integrated Circuit Factory (87 1 Factory), has become an outstanding representative in the field of chip manufacturing in Gansu, mainly engaged in chip packaging and testing business.
At present, the four most powerful chip production bases in China are Jiangsu, Gansu, Guangdong and Shanghai, and among these four chip production bases, Gansu, the only backward inland province, has quietly voiced its strength and become the second largest industrial base in the field of chip production in China.
Gansu Huatian Technology is not only one of the few semiconductor packaging and testing enterprises in the world that can provide wafer-level system packaging at the same time, but also has built three domestic industrial bases in Tianshui, Gansu, Xi 'an, Shaanxi and Kunshan, Jiangsu, and established overseas bases in the United States and Malaysia, forming a global layout of the integrated circuit packaging and testing industry.
Classification of chips
There are many classification methods for integrated circuits. According to whether the circuit is analog or digital, it can be divided into analog integrated circuits, digital integrated circuits and mixed-signal integrated circuits (analog and digital are on one chip). Digital integrated circuits can contain anything from thousands to millions of logic gates, flip-flops, multiplexers and other circuits of several square millimeters.
Compared with board-level integration, the small size of these circuits makes them have higher speed, lower power consumption (see low power design) and lower manufacturing cost. These digital ics are represented by microprocessors, digital signal processors and microcontrollers, but they use binary to process 1 and 0 signals. Analog integrated circuits, such as sensors, power control circuits and operational amplifiers, process analog signals. Complete the functions of amplification, filtering, demodulation and frequency mixing.
