Article 9 The company shall establish and improve the organization and management system of auto insurance claims. Clear all aspects of the claims management structure, management mechanism, workflow and operational norms, clear responsibilities and authority, assessment indicators, standards and methods of all kinds of claims institutions and personnel. Clarify the management mechanism of key links in claims settlement and the management measures for personnel in key positions. Clarify the qualifications of relevant personnel in claims positions, establish a system for training, assessment and evaluation of claims personnel, and formulate a method for allocating claims resources that is suitable for business scale, claims management and customer service needs.
Article 10 A company shall, in accordance with the principle of centralized and unified management of auto insurance claims, establish a complete and reasonable organizational structure of auto insurance claims to effectively meet the needs of business development, claims management and customer service.
