1. 2. The people's court shall not seal up, detain or freeze a third person who has paid the full price and actually possessed it, but has not gone through the transfer registration formalities, and the third person is not at fault.
3. If the person subjected to execution has paid part of the price to buy the property of a third person and actually occupies the property, but the third person retains the ownership according to the contract, the application executor has paid the remaining price to the third person or the third person has agreed in writing that the remaining price will be paid in priority from the changed price of the property, the people's court may seal up, detain and freeze it.
4. If the third party cancels the contract according to law, the people's court shall allow the measures of sealing up, distraining and freezing that have been taken to be cancelled, but the people's court may, upon the application of the person subjected to execution, enforce the creditor's rights against the third party due to the payment of the price.

If the sealed-up or distrained property is not suitable for the custody of the people's court, the people's court may designate the person subjected to execution to be responsible for the custody; If it is not suitable for the custody of the person subjected to execution, it may entrust a third person or apply for the custody of the person subjected to execution. ?
If the continued use of the property designated by the people's court to be kept by the person subjected to execution has no significant impact on the value of the property, the person subjected to execution may be allowed to continue to use it; Where it is kept by a people's court or entrusted to a third person or an applicant for enforcement, the custodian shall not use it.
