Liaoning college entrance examination policy household registration requirements

1. Single household registration (including candidates with non-immediate family members' household registration): It is required that they have been registered in Liaoning Province for three years (as of the date of registration), have three-year student status in Liaoning Senior Secondary Education School and have continuous practical learning experience, and previous students must have graduation certificates from Liaoning Senior Secondary Education School.

2. Family household registration (including candidates registered with their father or mother or legal guardian): It is required to have a household registration in Liaoning Province, and have attended an ordinary high school in Liaoning Province for one year, and have continuous practical learning experience until the date of registration. Previous students must have a graduation certificate from ordinary high schools in Liaoning Province.

Application conditions:

1, the basic qualification of candidates to take the general college entrance examination in Liaoning Province.

2. Candidates who have the basic conditions for registration, were born in Liaoning Province (that is, the first two digits of the ID number are "2 1") and have a household registration in Liaoning Province can sign up for the general college entrance examination in our province. Minority candidates in ethnic autonomous counties can only enjoy the corresponding policy of adding points to the general college entrance examination if they register for the examination in the ethnic autonomous county where their household registration is located, but they do not enjoy the additional points to the general college entrance examination if they register for the examination in other areas.

3. Candidates whose household registration is moved to Liaoning Province from outside the province must meet the additional conditions before they can sign up for the general college entrance examination in our province.

Settlement procedure:

1. The household registration shall conform to Article 10 of the Regulations on Household Registration in People's Republic of China (PRC). Where a citizen moves out of his/her registered residence, he/she or the head of the household shall apply to the household registration authority for registration of moving out, obtain a migration certificate and cancel his/her registered residence.

2. Article 13 "When a citizen moves, within three days from the date of arrival in the city and within ten days from the date of arrival in the rural area, he or she shall declare the migration certificate to the household registration authority and hand in the migration certificate";

However, due to different local policies, it may not be possible to settle in the location of the new house after buying it. Therefore, after consultation with the public security organ where the new house is located, we should make a clear commitment to settle down, and report to the household registration authority of the original place of residence for moving out, obtain the transfer certificate and cancel the household registration according to the purchase contract and property right certificate, and according to the provisions of Article 10 of the Regulations on Household Registration in People's Republic of China (PRC);

4. In line with the provisions of Article 13, the applicant shall apply to the household registration authority for transfer registration with the transfer certificate within three days.

Legal basis:

Article 5 of the Measures for the Administration of Student Status of Primary and Secondary School Students is generated on the basis of the student's resident ID number, with one person and one number, which will remain unchanged for life. The specific rules for the generation of student numbers shall be formulated separately by the administrative department of education of the State Council.
