Article 2 of the Interim Measures for the Registration of Physicians' Practice stipulates that only after obtaining the practice certificate can doctors engage in corresponding medical, preventive and health care activities according to the registered practice place, practice category and scope. The place of practice refers to the medical, preventive and health care institutions where doctors practice and their registered addresses. According to the above-mentioned laws and regulations, except in certain circumstances stipulated by law, doctors must practice in their registered practice places according to their registered practice categories and scope, otherwise it will constitute illegal medical practice. Under normal circumstances, for practicing medicine in different places, the health administrative department will impose a fine on medical institutions and suspend the practice of medical practitioners.
