If you want to move to Wuxi, what are the advantages and disadvantages of Wuxi?

If you want to move to Wuxi, what are the advantages and disadvantages of Wuxi? As a native of Wuxi, let me talk about my personal views.

There are few young people, housing prices and working conditions. There are really few young people in Wuxi, especially freshmen. After half a year's homework, middle-aged and elderly people are everywhere, and young people can only see a few in business districts and bar streets, feeling that there are few high-quality talents. Compared with Suzhou, the current house price has no advantage. After all, enterprises whose homework and income can be on the table can be counted with one hand. I don't think it's worthwhile to take over unless my home is here. Although the city of Wuxi does seem to have lower housing prices, there are fewer high-paying jobs because of the poor high-end industries. The ceiling is too obvious, and the house price is really high now.

After graduating from graduate school, I went to Wuxi because of the low housing prices, and worked in a 3A hospital. I didn't know until I went there that the low house price was due to the low salary, so I still can't afford to buy a house here! The treatment of doctors in Wuxi is the lowest in Jiangsu (the same level hospital). There are really few people in Wuxi, and even Sanyang Square in the city center is not popular. Later, I was really busy because of my low salary, and then I resigned. Several students who went with me also resigned. In contact with patients from all walks of life in the hospital, I feel that there are really few young people in Wuxi, their wages are not high, and the industry is relatively low-end. It is really not suitable for young people, especially recent graduates, and may be more suitable for providing for the elderly.

Advantages of Wuxi First of all, Wuxi has always been at the forefront of high-quality development in the country. At present, housing prices in the Yangtze River Delta are high and unfriendly to ordinary young people, but Wuxi is only generally rising. Wuxi is harmonious and livable, with beautiful environment, convenient transportation and diverse businesses. I think it is much less likely for young people to go underground to Sanyang Square and Nanchang Street. At that time, everyone was trying their best to improve the infrastructure and planning. Many sub-occupations in Wuxi are professional ceilings, which are beyond the reach of most people, not to mention the development of many research institutes of Jiaolong Shenwei Computer. From the point of view of housing prices and professional ceilings, Wuxi is not worthy of young people, so most cities in China are even more hopeless, which is linked with rural revitalization and poverty alleviation in the central and western regions.

To sum up, high housing prices are not rising each other, but the surrounding cities are saturated with housing purchases. This wave of rise has made most people in Wuxi enjoy little welfare. On the contrary, Suzhou, Shanghai and Nanjing made a wave of resignation and bought their own new city to wait for the next wave.

Cities in the Yangtze River Delta have their own research institutes, and cities in the Yangtze River Delta also have their own housing price depressions. Judging from the house price and ceiling, it is really inappropriate to come. Associated with the planning of Suzhou Taihu New Town and Nanjing National New District Jiangbei New Town, I am extremely scared and full of thoughts.
