Freshmen go for an interview. What's the interview process like? Do you have a model essay to introduce yourself? I don't even know what I said at the job fair. Fan Wen!
Interview process? I don't know. Generally speaking, first interview, then written test, then retest, and finally interview. These are all related to specific companies, not necessarily the same. For example, some companies have no written test and no two sides. If you introduce yourself, you can briefly introduce yourself. It takes about two to three minutes, and I can't remember much (ps, in fact, you don't need to prepare for the interview, just introduce yourself for half an hour). Let's start with your college career, mainly in three aspects. First, personal information, I won't say much about this. Secondly, you can talk about your strengths in school (such as logical thinking comparison), not to mention your weaknesses (you'd better prepare a report card, which is unfounded), and thirdly, your project experience. These are basically some projects in school (no matter how big or small, as long as it is related to the position you are interviewing for, it is best to bring project information and be detailed), what position you have held in each project, how long you have worked and what you have gained (ps, if there is no project). I wish you success!
