Third, the time and method of registration
1. Registration time: April 2009 14 to 23, from 8:30 to 17:30 every day.
2. Registration place: Personnel Bureau window on the third floor of Xuchang Administrative Service Center.
3. Registration requirements: You must bring the following documents when registering: my valid ID card, graduation certificate, degree certificate, qualification certificate required by the position to be hired, 1 copy. 5. The ratio of the number of applicants for each recruitment position to the number of candidates to be recruited shall not be less than 4: 1 in principle. If it does not reach 4: 1, the number of people to be recruited shall be reduced accordingly; If it has not been reached after the reduction, the post will not be recruited. Candidates can re-select other positions. If they don't want to re-select, the paid registration examination fee will be refunded.

According to the relevant regulations of the state and the province, the following personnel will be given extra points: college students who have passed the voluntary service plan in the western region of the country and the voluntary service plan in poverty-stricken counties in our province, college students who have passed the assessment of the "three supports and one support" plan in our province, and college student village cadres who have participated in the "college student village cadres" plan in our province and worked in rural areas for more than 2 years, the written test scores will be added with 5 points. Applicants who intend to enjoy the bonus policy must submit relevant certificates and vouchers before the afternoon of April 23, 2009 17:30, and will not be accepted after the deadline.
If it is found that those who intend to enjoy extra points are fraudulent and untrue, their qualifications for examination and employment will be cancelled, and they will not be allowed to participate in the open recruitment of Xuchang government agencies and institutions within 5 years.

2. Interview. According to the written test results, the interviewer is determined from high score to low score according to the ratio of the number of people to be recruited 1:3. The interview time is from May 30th to 3rd, 20091.

6. Go through the employment formalities

In 2009, graduates of ordinary colleges and universities must provide graduation certificates when going through employment procedures. After receiving the employment notice, the newly hired personnel must go through the relevant formalities within the specified time and report to the employer. Those who fail to report within the time limit without justifiable reasons will be disqualified.
