3. Claim: It is necessary to make a simple and clear explanation of the content that the invention needs to be protected, and describe the technical characteristics and performance of the invention.

Second, the application acceptance stage:
If the application submitted by the applicant meets the relevant legal conditions, the Patent Office will determine the application date, issue the application number, and issue an acceptance notice after verifying the submitted documents to inform the applicant. Under normal circumstances, if you submit an electronic application, you will receive a notice of acceptance and payment of the application fee from the Patent Office within 2-3 working days. If the application documents are mailed, the postmark date shall be the submission date. If the postmark date is unclear, the applicant may submit relevant certificates. If there is no strong proof, the date received by the State Council Patent Administration Department shall be the date of submission.
Third, the preliminary examination and publication stage
Personally, I think we will examine the request, specifications, claims and so on in detail. , check whether the invention name is consistent, the appended drawings are true. If the patent application meets the legal requirements of our country after examination, the patent will be published 18 months after the date of application. Of course, the patent administration department in the State Council can also announce the application in advance according to the requirements of the applicant. If the document contains drawings, but it lacks drawings or some drawings, it shall be supplemented or cancelled within the time limit specified by the patent administration department of the State Council.
Four. Substantive review stage
According to the relevant provisions of China's patent law, within three years from the date of application for a patent for invention, the patent administration department of the State Council may at any time conduct substantive examination of its application and pay the relevant substantive examination fee. During the examination, the applicant cannot ignore the substantive examination without justifiable reasons, otherwise the patent application will be deemed to be revoked.
Verb (abbreviation of verb) patent authorization and annual fee payment stage
After the approval of the above stages, we can pay the relevant authorization registration fee, annual fee and stamp duty within the time limit specified in the registration notice. After the patent right is granted, the annual fee for each year shall be paid before the expiration of the annual fee for the previous year. If the patentee fails to pay within the relevant time limit or fails to pay in full, the patent administration department of the State Council will notify the patentee to pay within six months (there is a late fee). If the annual fee is not paid at the expiration, the patent right shall be suspended from the date of expiration.
