Start registration
Click "Parents Fill in Entries" to enter the filling system. When parents log in to the system for the first time, they must register first and click the "Register" button.
Fill in the school district, school name, student name and ID number of the current school, and click "Return to Login" after successful registration.
Student ID numbers include: ID numbers (18 digits) filled in by students with Shenzhen household registration and non-Shenzhen household registration in Chinese mainland, and passport numbers filled in by students from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, including letters and brackets. Please note that the Chinese input method should be set to half-angle input and the letters should be capitalized.
Initial login password: the default login password is the last six digits of the ID card or passport number (including brackets and letters, please pay attention to the case of letters and the input of half-angle).
Modify the default password
After logging in, you must change the login password. The new password must be set to 6- 12 characters, which can be a combination of numbers or letters, and cannot be a pure number below 9 digits.
If you enter the wrong user name or password for five consecutive times, the system will automatically lock it for 30 minutes. Parents can reset their passwords on WeChat by paying attention to the official account of "Liangxin Service" WeChat, or retrieve their passwords through SMS. If the mobile phone number is invalid or changed, you can call the technical service hotline 0755-33018116 for consultation.
Information report
After changing the password, the system will enter the "Information Filling" page, and parents will fill in according to the system prompts.
Fill in the relevant information according to the relevant requirements after logging in.
Note: Students who meet the relevant conditions in our city will enjoy the "degree subsidy for private primary and secondary schools" provided by the government.
The information filling steps are as follows:
I. Basic information
Shenzhen registered students choose "Shenzhen", mainland non-Shenzhen registered students choose "non-Shenzhen", Taiwan Province students choose "Taiwan Province Province" and Hong Kong and Macao students choose "Hong Kong and Macao". Hong Kong and Macao students must fill in the serial number of the parent-child relationship certificate issued by the notary department of Shenzhen.
Note: Students with the status of Taiwan Province Province should refer to the relevant regulations on the enrollment of the first grade primary school in their local area, and submit the valid mainland travel permit for taiwan residents issued by the mainland and the valid admission certificate of the children of Taiwan Province Province to the district education administrative department through their school.
Second, the guardian information
There are two options: Guardian I and Guardian II. Please fill in the relationship between the guardian and the student, the guardian's name, household registration, certificate type and certificate number. If there is only one guardian, the information about Guardian 2 should be filled in as "None". Non-guardians of Shenzhen household registration must hold a new version of residence permit with use function.

Third, family planning information.
1. Students with Shenzhen household registration and Taiwan Province nationality do not need to fill in this item.
2. Other registered students ask their parents to apply to the community workstation of their current residence before the deadline for online declaration and enter family planning information. Please refer to the introduction of WeChat portal above for the method of quickly querying community workstations.
Remaining steps
Step 4: Save the information
1. You can click the [Save Information] button at any time during the filling process to save it in time. ;
2. If the information needs to be modified after saving, it can be modified directly; After saving, you can exit the system. You can log in to the system again to make corresponding changes, and then click the Save Information button.
Step 5: Submit the subsidy application.
After all the information is filled in and saved, please click Submit and apply for subsidy. The system will enter the information check page, check the information again, and then click Confirm Submit to confirm that the submitted information cannot be modified.
Step 6: Confirm the subsidy declaration information.
After the parents confirm the submitted information, they need to print the declaration form by themselves through the system and sign it for confirmation. If parents find that the signature confirmation information is wrong and needs to be revised, they will contact the school and return it to the school for re-declaration.
Step 7: Check the verification results.
Parents can log in to the system within the specified time (the specific time is subject to the notice of the education administrative department of each district) and check the verification results in the column of "Verification Results".
Application modification process
Modify the process:
If the information is found to be wrong after submission and needs to be revised, the application can be cancelled before the application form is printed, and the application time has not expired and the school has not conducted the preliminary examination. Otherwise, you need to contact the school to return and re-declare.
The operation of canceling the application is as follows:
Click the Cancel Application button at the bottom of the application page. After canceling the application, you need to change the error information in time, and then follow the step 1 to confirm the submission.
Note: after canceling the application, you must apply for financial aid again and confirm the submission, otherwise the system will think that the applicant has given up applying for degree financial aid this semester. ;
