Heze College, located in Heze City, Shandong Province, is a full-time undergraduate college and a national "Hundred Schools Project" construction institution. Heze College is jointly established by Shandong Provincial Department of Education and Heze Municipal People's Government. Its predecessor was the Second Normal University of Hebei, Shandong and Henan, which was founded in 1949. Historically, it has been renamed as Heze Normal School in Plain Province, Heze No.1 Normal School in Shandong Province and Heze Normal College. In 2004, the Ministry of Education officially approved the renaming of Heze College. 20 17, the school became a provincial master training and construction unit.
