Chapter I General Provisions
Article 1 In order to ensure the smooth progress of undergraduate enrollment in schools and earnestly safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of schools and candidates, these Articles of Association are formulated in accordance with the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and other relevant laws, the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Education and the articles of association of Hohai University, and in combination with the actual situation of the school.
Article 2 The school has a history of 100 years, is a national key university directly under the Ministry of Education, and is one of the "double first-class" universities.
The school has Xikang Road Campus, Jiangning Campus and Changzhou Campus in Nanjing and Changzhou. Article 3 The standard academic system for undergraduate majors is 4 years. Students are enrolled in the corresponding campus by major. Those who pass the study will be awarded the undergraduate diploma of Hohai University; Those who meet the conditions for degree granting shall be awarded a bachelor's degree in the corresponding discipline. Fresh graduates who meet the prescribed conditions can be recommended to study for a master's degree without examination, and those who are particularly excellent can be directly recommended to study for a doctorate without examination.
Article 4 Undergraduate enrollment targets are: students who have taken the national unified examination for the enrollment of ordinary colleges and universities (including arts, Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools, national special plans, special plans of colleges and universities, high-level art groups, high-level sports teams, cooperation plans for aiding Xinjiang, southern Xinjiang plans, high school classes in Xinjiang in the mainland, and Tibetan classes in the mainland, etc.). ), overseas Chinese from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, students who go to middle school.
Article 5 According to the Notice of the Ministry of Education on Doing a Good Job in the Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities in 2022 (Teaching and Research [2022] 1No.), the school has fully implemented the "Sunshine Project" for college enrollment, and selected students according to the principles of fairness, justice and openness.
Chapter II Organizational Structure and Responsibilities
Article 6 The leading group for undergraduate enrollment in schools shall be fully responsible for undergraduate enrollment, and adhere to the principles of fairness, justice, openness and transparency, and collective deliberation and decision-making. The executive body of the undergraduate enrollment leading group is the undergraduate enrollment office, which handles the daily work of enrollment.
Article 7 The responsibilities of the leading group for undergraduate enrollment in schools are:
(a) to review the school enrollment plan, including the annual enrollment master plan and the enrollment plan by specialty and province;
(2) Formulating various special enrollment policies, such as walking students, special programs in colleges and universities, high-level art troupes, high-level sports teams, arts, etc.
(three) to consider the overall plan of the school enrollment publicity;
(four) regularly listen to the summary of the school's annual enrollment work, study and analyze the situation faced by the enrollment work, and put forward guiding opinions;
(five) to supervise and inspect the whole process of all kinds of enrollment work.
Eighth enrollment work is supervised by the school discipline inspection and supervision department.
Chapter III Enrollment Plan
Article 9 In 2022, the school will recruit 54 undergraduates10 and 73 enrollment majors for 3 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) nationwide. The school considers the number of candidates in each province, the quality of students, the coordinated development of regions and other factors as a whole, and determines the enrollment plan by province and specialty in combination with the actual enrollment situation over the years. Provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) professional enrollment plans, elective subjects and other requirements shall be subject to the announcement of provincial admissions institutions.
Article 10 A school shall, in strict accordance with the requirements of the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Education, prepare a reservation plan according to 1% of the total annual undergraduate enrollment plan. The reservation plan is used to adjust the imbalance of online students for local unified examinations.
Chapter IV Access Rules
Eleventh in the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) designated key colleges and universities to enroll more than the minimum control score, for the batch order of voluntary filing, file transfer ratio control in the school enrollment plan 120%. For the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) that implement parallel volunteer file transfer, the proportion of school file transfer is controlled within 105%.
Twelfth for the batch of parallel volunteer, according to the rules of parallel volunteer, choose candidates who fill in Hohai University volunteers and file in our school. If the launch plan is not completed, the remaining plans will be publicly collected, and the unfinished transfers will be transferred to provinces with sufficient students. For batches of non-parallel volunteer files, colleges and universities voluntarily adopt the method of "voluntary clearing", giving priority to candidates who apply for Hohai University for the first time; When the number of online first volunteers is insufficient, the candidates who apply for the second volunteer will be admitted, and so on.
Thirteenth school professional sorting points by the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) admissions departments to provide candidates with investment scores, there is no grade difference between professional volunteers. All candidates who apply for the post line up according to their scores, and are admitted from high score to low score according to the number of enrollment plans of each major. Candidates who can't meet all the professional volunteers will be transferred to other majors if they obey the professional transfer. Candidates who can't meet all professional volunteers and don't obey the adjustment will be dismissed. In Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, our school implements the admission rule of "queuing for admission according to professional volunteers within the enrollment plan 1: 1". All provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) will take the total score of language and the score of mathematics as the order of admission in the case of the same scores of candidates.
Article 14 The school recognizes that the admissions departments of all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) give candidates extra points in the national college entrance examination according to the relevant policies of the Ministry of Education. All extra points and extra points in the college entrance examination are not applicable to the enrollment projects of high-level sports teams and high-level art troupes that do not arrange provincial and professional enrollment plans. Under the premise of following the professional admission rules stipulated in the enrollment charter, the school makes professional admission with reference to the comprehensive quality evaluation information.
Fifteenth candidates who have obtained the qualifications of the special plan of colleges and universities in 2022, high-level art troupe, high-level sports team, and walk students shall be admitted in accordance with the relevant documents of the Ministry of Education and the relevant enrollment regulations of the school.
Sixteenth candidates who have passed the examination in broadcasting and hosting schools in 2022 shall be admitted according to the enrollment policy of the Ministry of Education, the provincial enrollment for arts and the relevant enrollment regulations of the school.
Article 17 Dayu College enrolls students in three majors (classes): water conservancy (Dayu intensive class), engineering mechanics (Xu Dayu Zhilun class) and computer science (Dayu intensive class). Most students can recommend entering the postgraduate stage without taking the exam and implementing the "mentoring system" through training.
Students majoring in water conservancy (Dayu intensive class) will be diverted to civil engineering, water conservancy and ocean engineering after entering school. The rest of the students are trained according to major categories, and after the third semester, they are divided into professional branches, all of which are national first-class undergraduate professional construction sites, including: hydrology and water resources engineering, water conservancy and hydropower engineering, port waterway and coastal engineering, and civil engineering.
Computer majors (Daewoo intensive class) are trained according to major categories, and their majors are diverted after the third semester. Diversion majors are all national first-class undergraduate majors, including: computer science and technology, electrical engineering and automation.
Eighteenth mathematics and applied mathematics, information and computing science two majors according to mathematics enrollment. Students are trained according to major categories after entering school, and their majors are diverted after one year.
Article 19 Hohai University and Swissy University in Arberry, England shall carry out Sino-foreign cooperative education projects to recruit students majoring in environmental science. The school recruits students from Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Anhui, Shandong, Henan, Hubei, Hunan, Guangdong and other provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities).
Hohai Lille College is a Sino-foreign cooperative school founded by Hohai University and Université de Lille, France, and enrolls students majoring in civil engineering and mechanical engineering. The school recruits students from Beijing, Hebei, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Anhui, Fujian, Jiangxi, Shandong, Henan, Hubei, Hunan, Guangdong, Guangxi, Sichuan, Guizhou, Yunnan, Shaanxi and other provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities).
Twentieth for rural areas and poverty-stricken areas to recruit students from the national special plan, in accordance with the national special plan enrollment policy.
Twenty-first English majors only recruit English language candidates, French majors only recruit English or French language candidates, and other enrollment majors are not limited to foreign languages. Article 22 At the time of admission, there is no limit to the proportion of male and female students in all enrollment majors of the school, and there is no limit to previous students and fresh students.
Article 23 The physical requirements of the enrollment major shall be implemented according to the Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination of Enrollment in Ordinary Colleges and Universities issued by the Ministry of Education, the former Ministry of Health and the China Disabled Persons' Federation and relevant supplementary provisions.
Twenty-fourth freshmen must hold the admission notice and go through the admission formalities at the school according to the relevant requirements and the prescribed time limit. If you can't enter school on schedule for some reason, you should ask for leave from the school. Those who fail to ask for leave or ask for leave overdue shall be deemed to have waived their admission qualification except for justified reasons such as force majeure.
When the school reports, it will conduct a preliminary examination of the qualifications of new students, and those who pass the examination will go through the admission procedures and register as students; Upon examination, if it is found that the admission notice of new students, candidates' information and other supporting materials are inconsistent with my actual situation, or there are other violations of the provisions of the national entrance examination, the admission qualification will be cancelled and reported to the entrance examination institution where the students are located for further processing.
