Provisions of Guangzhou Municipality on Tourism Statistics

Article 1 In order to promote the development of tourism in this Municipality, give full play to the role of tourism statistics and ensure the comprehensiveness, accuracy and timeliness of tourism statistics, these Provisions are formulated in accordance with the Statistics Law of the People's Republic of China and the actual situation of this Municipality. Article 2 These Measures shall apply to enterprises engaged in tourism business within the administrative area of this Municipality (including foreign, central, provincial, military institutions stationed in Guangzhou, Sino-foreign joint ventures, cooperative enterprises, wholly-owned enterprises stationed in Guangzhou, etc.). )。 Article 3 Guangzhou Tourism Bureau is responsible for the statistical work of the city's tourism industry, and accepts the guidance of higher authorities and Guangzhou Municipal Bureau of Statistics in statistical business. Article 4 Guangzhou Tourism Bureau shall supervise and manage the tourism statistics of this Municipality in accordance with the following provisions:

(1) Organizing and guiding tourism enterprises to establish and improve relevant tourism statistical networks;

(two) according to the relevant provisions of the national and provincial tourism statistics, formulate the city's tourism statistics system;

(three) to organize and guide the statistical training of tourism enterprises and coordinate the relevant work of tourism statistics;

(four) regularly publish Guangzhou tourism statistics and submit them to the national, provincial and municipal statistical administrative departments;

(five) to carry out special statistical investigation of tourism;

(six) to exchange relevant statistical data and cooperate with the relevant administrative departments of customs, public security, ports, border inspection, commerce, industry and commerce. Article 5 Enterprises engaged in tourism within the administrative area of this Municipality shall comprehensively, accurately and timely fill in the tourism statistical indicators, reports, time and contents in the Guangzhou Regional Tourism Statistical Report System formulated by Guangzhou Municipal Bureau of Statistics, and report them to Guangzhou Tourism Bureau. Sixth tourism enterprises should establish a responsibility system for tourism statistics in accordance with the relevant provisions. Article 7 No unit or individual may obstruct tourism statisticians from collecting relevant statistical data, or intercept or tamper with the statistical data and statements submitted to Guangzhou Tourism Bureau. Article 8 The person in charge of a tourism enterprise shall do a good job in the tourism statistics of his own unit in accordance with the following provisions:

(a) to support the statisticians of this unit to implement the provisions on the administration of tourism statistics and complete the statistical tasks comprehensively, accurately and timely;

(two) support statisticians to participate in tourism statistical surveys and special surveys;

(three) the tourism statistics report should be signed and sealed after examination and approval. Article 9 If a tourism enterprise violates these regulations by making false reports, concealing them, refusing to report them or delaying them, the Guangzhou Tourism Bureau will deduct points in the unit assessment or annual inspection, and the administrative department of statistics will punish informed criticism according to the Statistics Law and relevant statistical management regulations. Article 10 These Provisions shall come into force as of the date of promulgation.
