Introduction to Changzhou Vocational College of Information Technology Changzhou Vocational College of Information Technology was founded in 1962, formerly known as Changzhou Qinye Electromechanical School, and renamed Changzhou Radio Industry School in 1980. In 2000, the People's Government of Jiangsu Province approved the merger of Changzhou Radio Industry School and Changzhou Electronic Industry Workers College to form Changzhou Information Vocational and Technical College.
The school belongs to the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, and is located in Changzhou, the hinterland of the Yangtze River Delta, where China's economy is the most developed. It is located in Changzhou Vocational College Park with beautiful scenery and modern atmosphere, which integrates teaching, scientific research, training, vocational skill appraisal and social service.
The school covers an area of 1.042 mu, with a total construction area of 337,800 square meters. Full-time undergraduates 1, 2 180, 4533 continuing education students, 222 international students and 696 faculty members.
