This standard is applicable to the manufacture and acceptance of pure aluminum and aluminum alloy power fittings manufactured by casting method, and power fittings manufactured by aluminum plate and aluminum tube.

3.3 There shall be no defects such as sand holes, scars, lap joints and bulges at the parts where aluminum parts are in contact with wires and other parts, and at the parts where pressure pipes are in contact with molds and have corona prevention requirements.

3.4 The electric contact surface of aluminum parts is not allowed to have defects such as bumps, scratches, spots, pits, bumps, indentations, etc.

3.5 The general surface of aluminum castings is not allowed to have hole defects with a diameter greater than 4 mm and a depth exceeding 1.5 mm. ..

3.6 The depth of meat shortage caused by the cleaning and filing of cast aluminum riser is not more than 65438±0mm, and the area is not more than 5% of the surface area of cast aluminum riser; On the casting surface, the height of the final succulents shall not exceed 1 mm.

3.7 For products without corona protection requirements, there shall be regular lap joints higher than the casting surface 1mm in the non-connected and non-contact parts.
