Male, born in February, 1942, from Shanghai. He is currently the director of the Department of Dermatology and Sexually Transmitted Diseases of the First Hospital of Peking University and the director of the Center for Dermatology and Sexually Transmitted Diseases of Peking University. He is currently the president of Dermatologists Branch of Chinese Medical Doctor Association, vice chairman of Dermatology and Venereology Branch of Chinese Medical Association, chairman of Beijing Dermatology Society of Chinese Medical Association, executive director of Beijing Medical Association, director of Asian Dermatology Society, treasurer, vice chairman of IACD, and international honorary member of American Dermatology Society. He used to be the editorial board member of 6 international and 10 domestic core journals such as British Journal of Dermatology.
1965 graduated from the medical department of Beijing Medical College, and worked in the dermatology department of Peking University First Hospital after graduation.
From February 1980 to May 1982, February 1988 to May 1989, he was a visiting scholar in the dermatology department of new york University. Currently, he is the director of Peking University Dermatovenereal Disease Prevention Center and the director of Peking University Dermatovenereal Disease Department.

Recently, a major breakthrough has been made in the basic and clinical research of paraneoplastic pemphigus. This is the first time in the world that Castleman's tumous can produce antibodies, which can cause skin and mucosal lesions. This is a major breakthrough in the mechanism of autoimmune diseases mediated by humoral immunity. This paper has been published in The Lancet magazine. At the same time, there has been a breakthrough in the study of gene mutation in dermatology.
