3. Time for obtaining the license: during working hours (except holidays and public holidays).

(2) Receive the certificate by mail.
Candidates are required to download the Application Form for Certificate Collection and Mail Service (attachment 1), fill in the Application Form for Certificate Collection and Mail Service, scan (photograph) a copy of their ID cards, and send it to 449655030@qq.com mailbox for information review.
Note: there is a risk of losing the mailing certificate when signing, and the replacement procedure of the qualification certificate is complicated and takes a long time. Candidates are requested to choose the mailing method voluntarily and carefully, and it is recommended to collect it in person.
