Chapter I General Provisions

Article 5 Undergraduate enrollment in our school includes regular classes, independent enrollment, rural students' independent enrollment, students walking, high-level art troupes, high-level sports teams, art classes, national defense students, inland Tibetan classes, inland Xinjiang high schools, preparatory classes for ethnic minorities, preparatory classes for Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, etc.

Article 6 The enrollment work of University of Science and Technology Beijing will fully implement the spirit of the relevant documents of the Ministry of Education, and comprehensively measure the candidates' morality, intelligence, physique and beauty based on the principles of fairness, justice and openness, and select the best candidates.

Chapter II Organizational Structure and Responsibilities

Article 7 University of Science and Technology Beijing shall set up an admissions committee and a leading group for enrollment work. The enrollment work leading group is headed by the principal, with the secretary of the Party Committee of the school as the deputy head, and the secretary of the Disciplinary Committee, the leaders in charge of the school, the Admissions and Employment Office, the discipline inspection and supervision office and other departments as members.

Article 8 The Admissions Office of University of Science and Technology Beijing, as the permanent working body of the school, is responsible for the daily work of undergraduate enrollment. Its duties are:

1. Strictly implement the policies of the Ministry of Education on enrollment and the supplementary provisions and implementation rules of the admissions committees of all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities);

2 in accordance with the annual enrollment plan issued by the Ministry of Education and the relevant provisions of the preparation of sub regional, sub professional enrollment plan, the development of school enrollment regulations;

3. Authorize the organization of special types of entrance examinations, identify and deal with illegal candidates according to the Measures for Handling Violations in National Education Examinations, and report the facts of violations to the provincial admissions office where the students are located;

4. Carry out enrollment publicity and consulting services, and introduce our school's situation and enrollment policy to candidates and parents;

5. Complete the enrollment work objectively and fairly, and be responsible for coordinating and handling various problems encountered in the enrollment work;

6. Fulfill the corresponding responsibilities of college enrollment information disclosure;

7. Cooperate with the relevant departments of the school to review the admitted freshmen;

8. Complete other tasks assigned by the education authorities and schools.

Article 9 The enrollment work of University of Science and Technology Beijing shall be conducted under the supervision of the discipline inspection and supervision department of the school.

Chapter III Enrollment Plan and Admission

The annual enrollment plan and the enrollment plan by province and specialty shall be subject to the announcement of the Ministry of Education and the provincial enrollment institutions.

The school reservation plan does not exceed 1% of the total enrollment plan, which is mainly used for the quality control of students and the admission of candidates with the same score.

Article 12 Access principle

1. Determine the proportion of filing according to the students' situation. In the provinces where parallel volunteer is implemented, the investment proportion is generally controlled within 105% of the local similar enrollment plan. In provinces that implement sequential volunteering, the proportion of filing is generally controlled within 1 10% of similar local enrollment plans.

Candidates who enjoy the policy of adding and subtracting points will be added and subtracted in accordance with the provisions of the Provincial Admissions Office, and the actual results will prevail when enrolling majors.

2. Science and engineering candidates in Jiangsu Province (including national defense students), one of the selected subjects must be physics, with a score of A and above, and other subjects must reach B+ and above; Candidates of literature and history must have a subject of history, with a grade of A and above, and other subjects of B+ and above; For candidates who enter the file? Grade first, then grade? Methods: Based on the candidates' professional willingness and comprehensive quality evaluation, the candidates' admission and major were decided. Candidates recognized by our school as independent students and high-level art troupes can enjoy the corresponding preferential policies only if they reach the same level.

3. When enrolling majors, press from high to low according to the actual test scores of candidates and the order of professional volunteers. Poor professional level? Admission in turn? Poor professional level? According to the specific situation of students, it is generally 2 to 1 minute (implemented in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region? Clearly marked? Candidates who enter the file will line up from high to low according to the actual test scores, and then arrange their majors one by one. When the actual results of the college entrance examination are the same, the candidates with extra points in the admission policy and high scores in related subjects will be given priority in turn. Comparison order of related subjects: candidates of literature and history will compare Chinese, literature, foreign languages and mathematics in turn; Science and engineering candidates compare mathematics, science, Chinese and foreign languages in turn.

4. English majors only recruit candidates whose foreign language is English, and they need to take the local oral English test, which requires strong language expression skills; Japanese and German majors only recruit candidates whose foreign language is English (Japanese and German start from scratch), and other majors have no restrictions on foreign languages.

5. Candidates applying for industrial design major need to have a certain art foundation.

6. According to the batch of voluntary reporting in order, if the number of first-choice candidates is insufficient, our school can accept non-first-choice candidates. If the number of qualified non-first-choice candidates is still insufficient, volunteers will be collected. According to the batch submitted by parallel volunteer, unfinished projects will also solicit volunteers. If the recruitment of volunteers is still insufficient, the remaining plans will be transferred to other provinces with good student quality to complete the enrollment plan.

7. At the time of admission, previous students and current students are treated equally; There is no limit to the ratio of male to female students.

8. The enrollment of students with special types such as walking students, self-enrollment, individual enrollment of rural students, high-level art troupes, high-level sports teams and art classes in our school shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant general rules and measures of the Ministry of Education and our school.

9. Visual communication design majors (liberal arts) and national defense students participate in early batch admission, and other undergraduate majors participate in key undergraduate batch admission. The admission work is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Ministry of Education and the relevant general rules and measures of our school.

10. The physical examination standard shall be implemented according to the Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination for Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities issued by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Health and the China Disabled Persons' Federation, the Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Education and the General Office of the Ministry of Health on Issues Related to Cancellation of Hepatitis B Examination for Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities (Church [2010] No.2) and the supplementary provisions formulated by our school as required.

Chapter IV Supplementary Provisions

Thirteenth freshmen, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state and the school entrance qualification examination. Students who fail to pass the review shall be dealt with according to the relevant provisions of the enrollment work.

Article 14 Our school collects tuition and accommodation fees in accordance with the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Education and the standards approved by the Beijing Municipal Price Bureau. The standard of undergraduate tuition in our school is: visual communication design (art) per academic year 10000 yuan, and other majors are 5000 yuan per academic year. The tuition standard for higher vocational (junior college) majors is: 7,500 yuan/academic year for business Japanese majors and 6,000 yuan/academic year for other majors. Article 18 The Articles of Association shall come into force as of the date of promulgation. The original enrollment regulations shall be abolished at the same time; When national laws, regulations, rules and relevant policies at higher levels change, the changed provisions shall prevail.
