1. Education requirements: Bachelor degree or above, accounting, finance, taxation, auditing, finance and other related majors are preferred.
2. Academic performance: College degree is at least GPA3.0 (out of 4.0), and undergraduate degree is at least GPA3.2 (out of 4.0).
3. Ability requirements: good communication and language skills, excellent teamwork and cross-cultural cooperation skills, proficient in skills, proficient in using office software such as MSOffice.
4. Personal qualities: excellent professional attitude and sense of responsibility, attention to work details and customer service, pragmatic and innovative, and dare to accept challenges.
5. Relevant certificates: AICPA, ACCA, CICPA and other relevant certificates are preferred.
