2. Steps to fill in the annual report
(1) The enterprise logs into the publicity system by filling in the user name (full name of the enterprise) and password (the last six digits of the ID number of the legal representative or responsible person, and the last six digits of the ID number of the managing partner for the partnership enterprise). In order to ensure the safety of publicity information, after logging in for the first time, the publicity system will prompt that the password must be changed, and then log in to enter the annual report filling interface to fill in the annual report content as required.
(2) Click "Save" after completing the contents of the annual report. After confirming that the contents of the annual report are correct, click the "Submit" button to complete the submission and publicity of the annual report. The publicity system will automatically publicize the annual report to the society.
(3) After the enterprise completes the annual report, it can print the annual report and file it through the publicity system.
Three, the contents of the annual report of the enterprise
(1) The mailing address, postal code, telephone number, e-mail address and other information of the enterprise;
(two) the existence of the enterprise's opening, closing and liquidation;
(three) the establishment of enterprises and the purchase of equity;
(4) If the enterprise is a limited liability company or a joint stock limited company, the amount, time and mode of capital contribution subscribed by its shareholders or promoters;
(5) changes in equity, such as equity transfer of shareholders of a limited liability company;
(six) the name, address and other information of the enterprise website and the online shop engaged in network operation;
(seven) the number of employees, total assets, total liabilities, external guarantees, total owners' equity, total operating income, main business income, total profit, net profit, total tax payment and other information.
In addition:
1. The information specified in items (1) to (6) above shall be disclosed by the enterprise, and the information specified in item (7) shall be disclosed by the enterprise.
2. The above items (1), (2) and (6) are real-time information when the enterprise submits its annual report; Other information is the information of the year 65438+February 3 1 reported by the enterprise.
3. The mailing address filled in by the enterprise must be consistent with the address of the enterprise's domicile (business premises) registered in the business license, so as to ensure that the special letter mailed by the government department can be received in time.
