Liang Yong started from a rural middle school, from a front-line teacher, head teacher, director and vice principal of middle school guidance office to a principal and a provincial-level teaching expert, but he resolutely resigned and joined the New Oriental Education Group. Liang Yong believes that running a school is only for high scores and enrollment rate, not education, but "one-sided education".

The greatest sincerity of the new way of learning and education lies in: education has Tao, and people's hearts have Tao.

Education has a good way to solve the core problem of running education well: excellent courses+excellent teams. The new learning style attaches great importance to people, which is the change of people's learning style and the continuous improvement of learning ability, and is called "learning ability course". Only when the national curriculum is developed can the curriculum really educate people. The learning ability course enables students to practice in class and work hard after class. Through the cultivation of self-study ability and self-study habits, students like to go to school and show a confident and happy life state.

Back to our own situation, teachers don't understand, grasp and integrate "textbooks used to be students' world, but now the world is students' textbooks", and our curriculum is still in the primary stage of the most primitive textbooks. At the same time, due to the influence of social environment and the lack of teaching and research atmosphere in schools, teachers' determination and confidence in cultivating themselves into famous teachers are obviously insufficient. So far, there are not many famous teachers in the school, and the role of famous teachers is small. For the development of our school, for our own growth, it should be the lifelong pursuit of every teacher to calm down and cultivate our professional growth and strive to become a backbone teacher, a teaching expert, a subject leader and a famous teacher in Mount Tai.

There are proper ways in the classroom. New teachers should "have someone in their eyes", respect students' cognitive laws, and activate and guide students' interest in learning. This kind of classroom is the "real classroom". In the classroom, teachers and students experience observation, thinking, classification, abstraction and summary together, emphasizing the guidance of students through different levels of "understanding", "arguing" and "using", so that students can fully understand the subject, apply the subject knowledge, write a good subject diary, and closely link the subject with real life. Teachers and students are using mind maps to find thinking loopholes and improve their thinking ability.

From our own point of view, our concept of classroom research is still relatively old, our determination to implement curriculum reform is not big enough, and the classroom teaching effect is not ideal.

Parents are the first teachers of students and close collaborators of school education. The family is mainly responsible for moral cultivation, and the school is mainly responsible for improving personality and learning ability. The school provides timely training to parents through expert lectures, internal training, parents' salons, parent-child activities and other forms, so that they can master the advanced concept of educating children in time, enhance the realm of parenting, master scientific parenting methods, and cooperate with the school to accompany students to grow up healthily and happily.

In Liang Yong's life dictionary, there is no such word as "comparing with others". He is used to comparing himself. As long as the goal is set, he will certainly achieve it.
