The fourth and fifth items of enterprise informatization workflow involve the supervision of informatization projects. From the business itself, supervision has gone beyond the scope of consulting, but the development of information supervision conforms to China's national conditions and is closely related to information consulting. Information planning and information consultation should involve supervision, and only in this way can information supervision be done well. In addition, information supervision business is often a department of third-party consulting institutions. Judging from the current market, it is difficult for institutions that only do information engineering supervision to survive, so the supervision business should be classified as third-party consulting business.
