3.5 According to the current personnel situation of our company, the internal process of the contact list is as follows: the project manager (documenter) compiles → the budget department communicates with it to modify → the documenter → registers and reports to the supervisor and the employer. After reporting, the project manager (documenter) must follow up and urge in time (according to the contract, it must reply within 14 days). If there is no reply about 1 month, the construction party should send a letter or continue to put forward it at the regular meeting of the project (in either form, it should be expressed in words), so that the construction party will not be in a passive position when solving the dispute, at least there is evidence to argue.
3.6 The contact sheet shall be signed by the project manager of the construction unit (the contract designee) and stamped with the "official seal of the construction unit company" before it becomes effective.
4. Visa form, also called claim, is an important part of the project cost. The claim is based on the contract, which requires the project manager and budget personnel to have a deeper understanding of the basic terms and contents of the contract, carefully find and look for claims opportunities, analyze specific problems and treat them flexibly.

If the construction unit repeatedly puts forward the brand and price of materials to be quoted to us, we will quote some materials (lighter materials) appropriately. If the construction unit does not grasp it tightly, it will be delayed; It is also suggested whether several brands should be considered in the installation materials used in the construction site, and the better brands should be included in the materials, which will be provided to the auditors by the budget department at the time of settlement.
