1, Hunan Information Vocational and Technical College is a provincial full-time college, and it is one of the first batch of higher vocational and technical schools approved by the Ministry of Education in Hunan Province.

The new campus is located in the south of Binhu Road in Xingsha District, near Songya Lake. It is the only public art college in Hunan Province approved by the Hunan Provincial People's Government and headed by the Hunan Provincial Department of Culture.
Changde Vocational and Technical College is located in Changde City, Hunan Province. It is a full-time state-owned public university and a model higher vocational college in Hunan Province. The school was founded in 1905 (Guangxu 3 1 year). In April 2003, with the approval of the Hunan Provincial People's Government and the record of the Ministry of Education, the original Changde Agricultural School, Changde Health School and Changde Electromechanical Engineering School were merged and upgraded to Changde Vocational and Technical College.
