The relevant requirements of patent agency services stipulate that:
1. Examination service providers shall accept the supervision and guidance of China National Intellectual Property Administration and the departments for patent administration of the people's governments of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government (hereinafter referred to as the Examination Bureau) with examination places within their respective administrative areas.
2. China National Intellectual Property Administration assigned patrol personnel to the Examination Center Bureau.
