Because Yunnan Province is located in Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau, with steep mountains and complicated geology, the proportion of bridges and tunnels in most expressway projects reaches 40% ~ 60%, and some sections exceed 90%. There are many high piers, long-span bridges and long tunnels, so it is difficult and risky to control quality and safety. In order to improve the efficiency in the project management process, enhance the quality and safety management effect, and strengthen the concept of supervision during and after the event, the platform was developed.
