8. Dismantling sequence of shearer: firstly dismantle the cable traction device, spray dust removal and water cooling system of shearer, and then withdraw the right drum, right rocker arm, central control box, left rocker arm and left drum from right to left.

9. Withdrawal sequence of conveyor: firstly, remove cables, cable troughs (coal retaining plates), crawling guide rail and frame of shearer, then remove all scraper chains and head transmission devices of conveyor, then remove tail frame, rear transition groove and all intermediate grooves, and remove front transition groove, head frame and base.

10, the roadway equipment for transportation and return air in the working face can work in parallel with the shearer and conveyor in the working face at the same time. The withdrawal of roadway equipment in mining face is generally removed from outside to inside in turn.

Parts are intact, bolts are complete and fastened, handles and buttons are flexible and in correct positions, connecting bolts between motor and traction and cutting parts are firm, drum screws (bolts) are complete, fastening tests are qualified, and the work is reliable and safe.

The underground installation of shearer is mostly carried out at the end of the working face, and the support should be erected at the installation site of the end of the working face and reinforced with the top beam to protect the working space and bear the weight of the crane body. On the conveyor near the installation site, enough time should be left for the shearer to be placed on the conveyor.

After the main body of shearer is installed, auxiliary devices such as traction device and cable are installed on the fuselage.
