First, motor vehicles are restricted.
(1) time limit

Urban roads in the area north of Baiyun Road, east of Old Yongding Line, south of Yongji Avenue and west of Tianning Road (including Old Yongding Line, excluding Baiyun Road, Yongji Avenue and Tianning Road).

Motor vehicles and off-road mobile machinery licensed in Hebi City are all restricted to single and even numbers. Motor vehicle license plates with single numbers (1, 3, 5, 7, 9) travel on the road for one day, and motor vehicle license plates with even numbers (0, 2, 4, 6, 8) travel on the road for two days.
Second, motor vehicles are prohibited from parking.

(2) Vehicles restricted from entering restricted areas due to work needs shall apply to the county air pollution prevention and control office in advance and be approved by the leading group of the county air pollution prevention and control office. After handling the pass, the traffic police brigade of the county public security bureau will drive according to the prescribed time, route and speed.
