Yincai Gu Lou is located in Yincai Village, Guangrao Street, Guangrao County. There are five rooms in the west and three rooms in the south. It has brick and wood structure, four beams and eight columns, blue bricks and gray tiles, width 1 1 m, depth of 5 meters and an area of about 55 square meters. The two rooms on the north side are slightly lower, with a wing, brick and wood structure, three beams and six columns, blue bricks and gray tiles, 6 meters wide and 4.2 meters deep, covering an area of about 25 square meters. This ancient building is a part of Yincai Manor, which was built by Yin Pei, the richest man in Guangrao County in the late Qing Dynasty. It used to be the place where Yin Pei's grandson lived, with a typical northern residential style. It is an important venue for the "Village Memory" project. 20 17 was announced as the third batch of municipal cultural relics protection units.
Guangrao Street: Guangrao Town is located in the south of Dongying City, at the intersection of provincial highway Gaowei Road and Xinhe Road, and is the resident town of Guangrao County. The town governs 122 administrative villages with a population of 7 1 10,000 and 95,000 mu of cultivated land. Guangrao Town covers an area of 107.57 square kilometers, with flat terrain, fertile soil and abundant fresh water resources and oil and natural gas underground. Guangrao Town is one of the first well-off towns in Dongying City, one of the top seven towns in Dongying City, and a national key town. It has successively won the titles of "Party Committee of Five Good Towns in the City", "Advanced Grassroots Unit for Safe Construction in the Province" and "National Town with Beautiful Environment".
