The main responsibilities of China Information Security Certification Center

1. Carry out certification within the business scope approved by the National Certification and Accreditation Administration (hereinafter referred to as CNCA);

2, to carry out the research and development of information security certification standards, detection technology and evaluation methods, to provide technical support for the establishment and improvement of information security certification system;

3. Conduct training in Certification staff within the approved business scope. Carry out information security technology training;

4. Carry out relevant work in the field of information technology security according to laws, regulations and authorization;

5. To undertake the supervision and management of inspection institutions entrusted by the Center;

6. Carry out international cooperation and exchange activities in the field of information security according to national laws, regulations and authorization;

7. To undertake other tasks assigned by the General Administration and CNCA.
