1, we open our own exploration, register and log in, and then click on the three horizontal lines in the upper left corner to enter the personal homepage.
2. Find our settings in the fifth column in this position, and click the yellow box here to enter the "Settings" interface for related operations.
3. Slide down after setting the interface.
4. You can see the entrance of "Help and Feedback" at the back, where you can put forward your own opinions and suggestions and let the customer service contact you.
5. Choose appropriately according to your own situation. If you simply consult customer service, just click "I have some suggestions".
6. Type your own question in the new window. It would be better if there are descriptive pictures, and you can leave your own number at the same time.
