The mayor's public telephone duties include:
(a) to publicize the principles and policies of the party and the government, reflect social conditions and public opinion, and assist leaders in dealing with social hot and difficult issues.
(two) responsible for accepting the masses' criticisms, opinions, suggestions and demands on government work, and reflecting important social problems and major emergencies.
(three) responsible for accepting and coordinating the difficulties and problems encountered by the masses in their daily lives.
(four) to inspect, supervise and guide the public telephone work of the people's governments, municipal government departments and public service units of all counties (autonomous counties and cities).
(five) responsible for the construction and development of the mayor's public telephone network.
(six) responsible for the mayor's mailbox work and the handling of letters from the masses.
