How to deal with the separation of households?

The process of separating people from their families is as follows:

1. First, bring the household registration book, ID card and real estate license to the residential neighborhood committee for registration, fill in the boarding information form, and then contact the residential street to make an appointment to handle the receipt of separation of people and households;

2. Take the real estate license, household registration book, boarding information form, birth certificate and guardian ID card to the street office, and you can get the recycling receipt on the spot.

The materials required for applying for household registration are as follows:

1, fill in the application form;

2. The householder shall submit a written application report;

3. The original and photocopy of the ID card of the head of household and the owner;

4. Real estate license;

5. Household registration book, ID card, etc. For details, please consult the household registration window of the Public Security Bureau.

Conditions that registered permanent residence needs to meet:

1. A citizen who has full capacity for civil conduct due to the change of marriage relationship and has a legally stable residence may apply to the local police station for registered permanent residence registration;

2. Married children in rural areas, where both husband and wife's household registration and parents' household registration are at the same address (yard), are required to provide a marriage certificate, and the ownership and use right of the house are transferred. After the original household registration is moved out, the new household can declare the registered household registration with the above supporting materials. In principle, only one family account can be registered at an address (except in the case of paragraph 3 above). Non-residential houses and illegally built houses shall not be registered.

To sum up, ID card, house certificate and power of attorney are needed to handle the separation of households. If you are a minor, you need to bring your birth certificate with you and the above materials to the nearest community affairs acceptance service center.
