Citizens of other provinces and cities who have lived, worked and studied in Beijing for a long time apply for replacement of their resident identity cards. The applicant may submit the following certificates to any household registration police station in his place of work or temporary residence: (1) the applicant's temporary residence permit or work residence permit or residence registration card within the validity period;
(2) The applicant himself goes to the police station to take digital photos of resident ID cards and collect fingerprint information.
(three) when the applicant receives the certificate, he must hold the "Resident Identity Card" to the police station to collect it.
(4) If a citizen under the age of 16 voluntarily applies for a replacement of his resident identity card, his guardian shall apply for a replacement on his behalf, and provide the guardian with the original and photocopy of the resident identity card.
