A company that has just installed an ERP system, the first thing to do is to enter the relevant information of the enterprise and initialize the system, which is the basis of the ERP management process of the whole enterprise, and this step is quite important and cannot be sloppy. In the case of unknown customer demand, we can predict the possible customer demand according to the system data and conditions, which is also a very important function of management, so as to make a good plan and deal with unknown uncertain factors. At the same time, we learned to handle purchase orders, and when the orders arrive, we can handle them in time and respond quickly.
