Established in 1958, Guizhou Building Materials Science Research and Design Institute is a state-owned scientific research and design unit integrating scientific research, product development, engineering consulting design, civil building engineering design, urban planning, industrial product quality supervision and inspection, industrial information network and technical services for comprehensive utilization of building materials and industrial wastes. It is now under the leadership of Guizhou Provincial Economic and Information Technology Commission, and in 2009, the function of industrial product quality supervision and inspection was placed under the Provincial Quality Supervision Bureau. In recent years, Guizhou Building Materials Science Research and Design Institute pays attention to the construction of scientific research platform, and is one of the provincial scientific research institutes with the largest investment in scientific research funds. In 2006, the development plan of scientific and technological innovation capacity building was formulated. According to the "Planning" building materials, the experimental platform project of comprehensive utilization and development of industrial waste residue in Guizhou Province is put forward. It is planned to build six professional research and testing laboratories, a research and development base and an information exchange center. In March 2007, Guizhou Institute of Building Materials formally established the R&D and Testing Center for Comprehensive Utilization of Industrial Waste Residues in Guizhou Province. Focus on solving the problem of large-scale comprehensive utilization of industrial wastes such as fly ash, coal gangue, phosphorus slag, phosphogypsum, sulfur gypsum, gold tailings, calcium carbide slag, red mud and manganese slag, which are urgently needed in the economic and social development of Guizhou Province, improve the comprehensive utilization rate and utilization level of wastes, improve the environment, and promote the development of circular economy and sustainable strategy in our province. With the strong support of the Provincial Economic and Information Committee, the Provincial Development and Reform Commission and the Provincial Department of Science and Technology, with an investment of 8 million yuan, after nearly four years' efforts, Guizhou Institute of Building Materials has basically built six professional laboratories, including building energy-saving research and testing laboratory, material radioactivity research and testing laboratory, material petrographic analysis laboratory, physical and chemical performance research and testing laboratory, concrete and products testing laboratory and grinding laboratory. Seven pilot test lines in R&D base, namely, the test line of fly ash ceramsite, the test line of vibration-formed block standard brick, the test line of static pressure-formed standard brick, the test line of wet plastic-formed sintered brick, the test line of fried powder, the pilot test line of compound with an annual output of 2,000 tons, and the pilot test line of cement grinding aid with an annual output of 2,000 tons, were all completed in June, 2065,438+065,438+0.
