Third, the recruitment method

Recruitment takes the form of written examination, physical fitness test (limited to candidates who apply for the People's Police and Chongqing Traffic Administrative Law Enforcement Corps, the same below), interview, physical examination and inspection, and applicants are recruited separately according to the competition of each position.

The registration of this exam is all conducted by online registration, and there is no on-site registration.

1. Submit the application. Applicants can log on to Chongqing Human Resources and Social Security Network to enter the registration system from August 10 to August 15, 2009, and submit their applications. Applicants can only choose one position in one unit to register, and can't register with both old and new ID numbers. The ID cards used for registration and examination must be the same. When registering, applicants should carefully read the letter of commitment of good faith, truthfully and accurately fill in all the contents of the registration information, upload electronic photos (jpg format, below 20kb), and accurately remember the registration serial number (the registration serial number is an important basis and keyword for applicants to confirm registration, download and print the admission ticket, and query the results). Anyone who practices fraud, once verified, will be disqualified from the examination or employment.

2. Pre-qualification. Recruiting districts and counties (including autonomous counties, the same below) and municipal departments shall conduct preliminary qualification examination online according to the materials submitted by applicants on the Internet and the conditions of applying for positions, and put forward audit opinions within 2 days after applicants register. Those who meet the registration conditions shall not refuse to register; If the examination is unqualified, the reasons shall be explained. For those who have passed the qualification examination, the recruitment district, county and municipal departments should download and print the registration information of candidates for qualification examination and inspection.

3. Inquire about the preliminary examination results of the qualification for the examination. Applicants should log on to the registration website within 2 days after filling in the registration information to check whether they have passed the preliminary qualification examination. If it fails to pass the audit due to information errors, it can be revised in time before August 17, and the qualification will be re-examined. Those who fail the preliminary qualification examination cannot take the exam. Candidates should carefully choose candidates and positions. 4. Pay online. Applicants can only choose one position of a company for registration confirmation. Applicants who belong to urban families and rural absolutely poor families who enjoy the national minimum living guarantee can reduce or exempt the examination fee. 5. Print the admission ticket. Those who have passed the online registration qualification examination and paid the registration examination fee will log in to the registration system of Chongqing Human Resources and Social Security Network from 9: 00 on September 8, 2009 to 24:00 on September 2, 2009 to print the admission ticket (using A4 paper to ensure clear handwriting and photos), and take the examination at the designated examination place on time with the original admission ticket and ID card. The score line for passing the written test shall be uniformly demarcated by Chongqing Municipal Bureau of Civil Service.

(2) On-site examination of registration qualifications

At the time of qualification re-examination, candidates should provide 65,438 originals and 65,438 copies of relevant certification materials required by this brochure, specifically providing their graduation (degree) certificate, ID card and household registration book, as well as other certification materials such as work experience, professional qualification certificate, professional technical title, foreign language level or political outlook required by the recruitment position. (3) Physical fitness test

According to the proportion of physical fitness test, from high score to low score, the physical fitness test candidates for the same position in the same unit are determined. According to the proportion of physical fitness test in the recruitment position, the last person in the physical fitness test is tied, and all the tied personnel enter the physical fitness test. Those who fail to reach the proportion of physical fitness test will be tested according to the actual number of people, and the recruitment index will not be reduced.

Physical fitness test items: According to the Physical Fitness Test Standard for Employed People's Police (see Annex 4 for details), men run 10 m× 4, 1000 m, stand long jump and pull-ups; The women are 10 m× 4 running back and forth, 800 m running, standing long jump and sit-ups. Candidates who apply for grass-roots police posts in district and county public security bureaus and prison people's police posts are qualified if their physical fitness tests meet the prescribed standards of 3 or more, and candidates who apply for other people's police posts and law enforcement officers of Chongqing Traffic Administrative Law Enforcement Corps are qualified if their physical fitness tests meet the prescribed standards of 2 or more. The results of the physical fitness test will be announced on the end of the physical fitness test.

(4) Interview

Candidates who have passed the written test (physical fitness test) in the same unit are selected according to the interview proportion, and the candidates from the Organization Department of the Municipal Party Committee, the Municipal Foreign Economic and Trade Commission (English translation post) and the Foreign Affairs Office are determined in turn from high score to low score. According to the recruitment index ratio of not less than 1:3 and not more than 1:30, among the qualified candidates in the public examination of the same unit and the same post, all the tied candidates will enter the professional knowledge examination according to the interview ratio of the recruitment post. The full mark of the professional knowledge of the additional examination is 100, accounting for 30% of the interview results, except for the Organization Department of the Municipal Party Committee, the Municipal Foreign Economic and Trade Commission (English translation post) and the Overseas Chinese Affairs Office. The calculation formula of interview score is: interview score = structured interview (or interview without leading group discussion) score ×70%+ professional knowledge score × 30%. Among the candidates who have passed the professional knowledge test, according to the interview ratio of 1:5, the candidates' total scores (that is, written test scores of public subjects+professional test scores) are given twice in the same position in the same unit. According to the interview proportion of the recruitment position, if the last interview result is tied, all the tied personnel will enter the interview.

If the interview ratio of the recruitment position is not reached, the recruitment index shall be recalculated and determined. The calculation formula is: the number of re-determined recruitment indicators = the number of people entering the interview × the interview proportion, and the decimal part of the calculation result is rounded off. If the positions of criminal technical posts, prison medical posts and reeducation-through-labor people's police (medical personnel) fail to meet the interview ratio, the recruitment index will not be reduced.

The interview takes the form of structured interview or no leading group discussion. Some units conduct structured interviews (or interviews without discussion by leading groups) to increase their professional knowledge. If there are 4- 10 interviewers in an interview group of municipal departments, the interview will not be discussed by the leading group; Each county (autonomous county) has at least one interview group (4- 10 interviewees) for discussion and interview, and there is no leading group; Other interview groups conduct structured interviews. The results of structured interview are announced as follows: after interviewing the second candidate, the examiner announces the interview results to the first candidate on the spot, and so on. The way to announce the interview results without discussion by the leading group is that the recruitment district, county and municipal departments announce the interview results of each candidate on the day of the interview. Candidates are required to answer questions in Putonghua during the interview, with a full score of 100. On the day of the interview (the day after the structured interview with more than 40 candidates), the interview results, total scores and list of candidates for medical examination will be publicized to the candidates.

Six, physical examination and inspection

(2) physical examination. According to the total score, the physical examination candidates are determined from high score to low score according to the ratio of the recruitment index 1: 1 of the same position in the same unit. When the total score of the last person who entered the physical examination is tied, the candidates who entered the physical examination are determined in the order of high score to low score in the administrative professional ability test and the application test.

The physical examination of the public security people's police (except for the requirements of vision and height in the application conditions) is organized in accordance with the requirements of the Physical Examination Items and Standards for People's Police Employed by Public Security Organs (Yinfa [2002] No.60) and the Notice on Further Strengthening the Physical Examination of People's Police Employed by Public Security Organs (Yinfa [2005] 142). Physical examination of the people's police in prisons and reeducation through labor (except for the requirements of vision and height in the "conditions for entering the examination" in this brief chapter) is organized according to the provisions of "Physical examination items and standards of the people's police in prisons and reeducation through labor employed by judicial administrative organs in Chongqing" (Chongqing Law [2004]128). The physical examination of the forest public security people's police shall be carried out in accordance with the physical examination standards of the public security people's police, except for the height condition. Other civil servants' physical examinations (except for the requirements of eyesight and height in the "conditions for entering the exam" in this brochure) shall be organized in accordance with the provisions of the General Standard for Civil Servants' Physical Examination (Trial), the Operation Manual for Civil Servants' Physical Examination (Trial) and the requirements of Yu Renfa [2005] No.25 document.

Those who pass the physical examination shall be inspected by the recruitment district, county and municipal departments in conjunction with the recruitment unit, and the inspection conclusion shall be made. If the candidates' total scores are tied, it shall be handled according to the above principle of determining the candidates for medical examination.

The recruitment district, county and municipal departments shall, in accordance with the prescribed procedures and standards, select the best candidates from those who have passed the examination results, physical examination and inspection results, and publicize the candidates for 7 days. The publicity contents include name, gender, date of birth, education background, major studied, admission ticket number, graduation institution (or work unit) and other conditions required for each position. The publicity place is the recruitment district, county and municipal department where the person to be hired is located. The way of publicity is through announcement or through the media such as internet, newspapers and periodicals. Publicity, to announce the phone number, accept social supervision.

Eight, employment approval and preliminary examination

Before the examination and approval of employment, if a candidate does not meet the recruitment conditions and voluntarily gives up the employment qualification, with the approval of Chongqing Civil Service Bureau, the vacancy can be filled according to the total scores of other candidates applying for the same position in the same unit from high to low. If the candidates' total scores are tied, it shall be handled according to the above principle of determining the candidates for medical examination.

After passing the examination, physical examination and inspection, if there is no problem or problem after the expiration of the publicity period, but it does not affect the employment, the Chongqing Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security will approve the employment as a civil servant and enjoy the corresponding treatment. The newly hired civil servants shall be issued a notice of employment by the recruiting district, county and municipal departments, and the probation period of 1 year shall be implemented, counting from the date when the newly hired civil servants report to the recruiting unit.
