Organize the implementation, supervision and inspection of the direct reporting system of major food and drug information, and strive to prevent regional and systematic food and drug safety risks. Improve the comprehensive coordination and linkage mechanism of food safety supervision and management; Carry out food and drug safety publicity, education and training; Supervise and inspect the relevant departments at the county level, sub-district offices and town people's governments to perform their duties related to food and drug safety and be responsible for assessment and evaluation.

(eighteen) responsible for the construction of market supervision emergency system, organize and guide the emergency disposal and the investigation and handling of food and drug safety accidents; Promote the food and drug inspection and testing system, electronic supervision and traceability system and information construction; Responsible for establishing and improving the food and drug safety information release system, and releasing the quality and safety information of food, drugs, medical devices, health care products and cosmetics in the county according to law; To carry out training and education for employees of food, medicine, medical devices, health products and cosmetics; Promote the construction of the credit system.
(19) Responsible for the supervision and management of salt quality, carry out salt inspection and law enforcement, investigate and deal with all kinds of illegal cases such as illegal salt, non-iodized salt and inferior salt and illegal acts of salt business units according to law, and stop illegal salt products from entering the market; Coordinate cross-regional salt administration inspection.
