Second, the report matters needing attention

1. Freshmen will report to our Liu Fang campus on September 8th and 9th with the admission notice and the college entrance examination admission ticket. Please don't advance or postpone their registration. Those who can't report to the school on time for some reason must ask for leave from the school admissions office or their college in advance. According to the regulations of the Ministry of Education, except for legitimate reasons such as force majeure, freshmen who fail to go through the leave formalities for more than 10 working days are deemed to have automatically waived their admission qualifications.

2. Freshman files. According to the regulations of the relevant provinces (cities, districts), freshmen should bring their own files before coming to the school newspaper, and should take the admission notice to the county admissions office to collect their files, and submit them to the college according to the school regulations after reporting.

3. Party organization relationship materials.

(1) The transfer of organizational relations in party member. Party member, a freshman in Hubei Province, reported to the school with a letter of introduction issued by the Party Committee Organization Department at the city and county (district) levels, and wrote "Personnel Department of the Party Committee of Wuhan Institute of Technology" on his head, and handed it to the school organization department when reporting; Party member, a freshman in other provinces and cities, reported for duty with a letter of introduction issued by the Party Committee Organization Department at or above the county (district) level, and wrote "Hubei Provincial Party Committee College Working Committee" on his head. When reporting for duty, the school will arrange for the organization department to transfer to the organizational relationship.

(2) Proof of the transfer of the organizational relationship of the Communist Youth League. Members shall go to the Youth League Committee of their middle school to apply for the certificate of organizational relationship transfer, and submit it to their class for unified handling after reporting. The relationship between the Communist Youth League organizations includes a volunteer letter and a league member's card. If it's lost, please show it to your middle school.

4. Precautions for the transfer of newborn household registration

(1) According to the 30 convenience measures of the Ministry of Public Security and the spirit of the relevant notices of the public security organs in Wuhan, all students admitted to our school and students registered in Wuhan (including new urban areas) are not allowed to move into their registered residence; Students with hukou outside Wuhan can choose whether to move into hukou according to their own wishes when they enter school.

(2) When freshmen come to the school newspaper, the Security Office will set up a household registration window at the registration point. Students who transfer their accounts must submit their admission notice, household registration certificate, two one-inch registration photos, and show their ID cards and registration procedures. Students who move into the household registration after the centralized processing period must go to the security office where the household registration is located before June 65438+1October 65438+May 5, and will not be processed after the deadline.

(3) Students' migration household registration certificate should strictly follow the following requirements, otherwise the public security organ will not enter the household:

A, the household registration certificate should be legible and complete, and cannot be altered (if the public security organ alters it, it must be corrected with the official seal of the public security organ). If my height is not stated in the migration certificate, I can indicate it in the remarks column.

B. Personal information such as name and date of birth on the household registration certificate must be completely consistent with the information on the admission notice and the enrollment roster (the previous name on the household registration certificate cannot be used as the name on the admission notice, otherwise you cannot enter the household).

5, all-in-one card instructions

(1) Wuhan Institute of Technology Campus "One Card" (hereinafter referred to as "Campus Card") is issued by Wuhan Institute of Technology and can be used for dining in school canteens, shopping in supermarkets, borrowing and returning books, school hospitals, etc.

Medical registration, computer room, venue rental, access control and other places are essential tools and identification during your study at school.

(2) Students can report the loss by using the campus "all-in-one card" student card. Personal information and photos are printed on the card surface, which is only for students' own use.

(3) Student cards are issued free of charge for the first time.

(4) Campus cards are electronic products. Do not press or punch holes to avoid bending and high temperature.

(5) When using the campus card for consumption, please confirm that the consumption amount is correct before swiping the card, and then lay the card flat in the card reading induction area near the POS machine, and do not touch the card reading equipment. After hearing the prompt sound of "drip" and seeing the displayed card balance change, take the card away. If it is found that the deduction is wrong, the operator can be required to check the last deduction data in time. If there is overpayment, the merchant will return the overpaid part in cash on the spot. Log on to the campus "all-in-one card" inquiry website () or inquire about personal consumption flow on the circular storage machine. If in doubt, please consult the campus card management center.

(6) In order to ensure the security of the campus card account, the campus card is set with inquiry password, consumption password and consumption limit. The query password is the password that users need to enter when using voice phone, logging in the campus "all-in-one card" to query the website, reporting the loss, decoupling, querying and modifying the query password on the circulating storage machine. The consumption password is the password that needs to be entered when the consumption limit is exceeded. When the POS machine displays "-",please enter the consumption password. The cardholder also needs to enter the consumption password when transferring the bank card to the campus card on the deposit machine. Consumption limit refers to the amount that cannot be exceeded in one day without a password. When the accumulated consumption amount exceeds the consumption limit, you need to enter the consumption password. The default value of consumption limit is 50 yuan, and the cardholder can modify this limit through the deposit machine. (The initial inquiry password and consumption password are the last six digits of the ID number. If the suffix is X, the password is 12 to 17 digits of the ID number. It is suggested that the cardholder modify the inquiry password and consumption password immediately after receiving the card. )

(7) If the card is lost, please immediately call the 24-hour service number 027-87992 108 or log in to report the loss, or report the loss in the register. The lost campus card will be completely out of service. If the lost campus card is found again, you can go to the recycling machine to cancel the loss report (referred to as "decoupling"). You need to enter your student number and query password when decoupling.

(8) If your campus card cannot be used on multiple campus card terminals, the campus card is damaged. After confirming that the campus card is lost or damaged, you can bring your valid ID card to the campus card management center to apply for a replacement card. After the card replacement is successful, the system will automatically transfer the cardholder's consumption balance in the original account to the new card, and the original campus card will be automatically invalidated.

(9) The balance of the newly opened campus card is zero. In order to save queuing time, it is suggested to recharge the campus card with a mobile phone. Scan the QR code with your mobile phone to install the "mobile client". After logging in, you can transfer the specified amount from the debit card account of China Bank issued by China Bank to the "transitional balance" account of the campus card, swipe your card at any POS machine in the campus canteen, and write the transitional balance into the campus card. In addition, many deposit machines in the school can also deposit, transfer and recharge (bank cards are required), and the cash recharge point in the canteen also provides cash recharge services.

(10) Campus card management centers, cash recharge points and self-service points distributed in various campuses can provide convenient and fast services for cardholders. Campus card management center can consult and handle business such as card replacement, card replacement, password reset, association between China Bank debit card and campus card, and change of identity information.

Self-service point: campus card self-service equipment includes storage machine, voice phone, campus card service website, etc. Using self-service equipment, you can complete most campus card services by yourself, including modifying inquiry password, modifying consumption password, reporting loss, decoupling, balance inquiry, deposit and so on. The storage machine is placed in the campus card management center, canteen, library, school hospital and large student dormitory of each campus.

6. Charge standard:

(1) The tuition standard for majors below undergraduate level is: 4,500 yuan/student/academic year.

The tuition fee for the undergraduate major of Energy and Power Engineering (Sino-foreign cooperative education) is RMB 22,000/student/academic year; The tuition fees for five professional projects, namely, polymer materials application technology (Sino-foreign cooperative education), electronic information engineering technology (Sino-foreign cooperative education), e-commerce (Sino-foreign cooperative education), environmental monitoring and treatment technology (Sino-foreign cooperative education) and art design (Sino-foreign cooperative education), are 1.7 million yuan/student/school year. (7) Deduction instructions

1. The Great Wall Debit Card of Bank of China (not yet activated) sent with the admission notice is the only bank card bound to the campus card of the school, and the only designated account for the accounting of school grants and scholarships and tuition fee deduction. Freshmen are requested to deposit the tuition fees, accommodation fees, collection and withholding fees, service fees, etc. into the card in full before August 20th (10 yuan as the annual card fee) and will not be withdrawn. On August 20th, China Bank will start to deduct money in batches (free of charge) according to the charging standard provided by the school. Students who have completed the deduction can go directly to the college to receive the registration form and payment receipt when they report to the school. After paying all the necessary fees, the bank will not deduct money from the student bank card, and the extra money will remain in the student bank card, which students can use freely. 2. Students who have collected fees in batches will receive payment vouchers directly when they report to the school. The school will publish the card number and amount information of the students who have successfully deducted money in time, and check it on the website/(tuition deduction column).

3. Students' supplementary insurance is voluntary. Students who have received it in batches but are unwilling to apply for the exam can return the fee to the finance department of the centralized registration point with the payment receipt. Five-year students will pay one-year medical insurance 60 yuan/student and 50/ student supplementary insurance after being placed by the Academic Affairs Office.

Third, the registration process

Special reminder: after reporting to the college on September 8-9, the procedures and sequence are as follows:

1. Planning and Finance Department (Sports Activity Center): Pay relevant fees according to Grade 20 15 Freshmen Charge Standard and receive payment receipts. (Note: If you have participated in the batch collection of tuition fees and successfully deducted the fees, please go directly to your college to get the receipt. ) Payment receipt and Wuhan Institute of Technology Freshmen's Registration Guide (20 15) are the vouchers for handling other units' procedures (such as receiving military training supplies and teaching materials). ), so please take good care of it and don't make up for it if it is lost.

2. Security Department (Armed Forces Department) and General Affairs Department (Sports Activity Center): Take the admission notice, household registration certificate, ID card, 2 photos, payment receipt and other registered permanent residence relocation procedures to receive military training clothes and military training materials.

3. Please go to the dining hall of the student apartment to go through the dining formalities.
