4. Audit: The manager of the property company takes all the information needed for real estate registration to the district affordable housing center for data audit, registration and seal.
5. Handling: The manager of the property company goes to the lobby of the municipal real estate registration center to handle the real estate registration with all necessary information.
6. Obtaining the certificate: the manager of the property company goes to the real estate registration center to obtain the real estate certificate, and issues the real estate registration certificate to the owner himself, and makes a good record of receiving it.

Application conditions of public rental housing
According to Article 7 of the Measures for the Administration of Public Rental Housing, an application for public rental housing shall meet the following conditions:
1, there is no house in the local area or the housing area is lower than the specified standard;
2, income, property is lower than the prescribed standards;
3. The applicant is a migrant worker and has been employed stably in the local area for a specified number of years.
4. The specific conditions shall be determined by the housing security department of the municipality directly under the Central Government and the people's governments at the municipal and county levels according to the actual situation in the region, and shall be implemented and announced to the public after being approved by the people's governments at the corresponding levels.
