Liu Guangyuan, male, born in April of 196 1, Ph.D., director of personnel department of Southwest Normal University, professor, tutor of master students, member of academic degree committee of Southwest Normal University, editor of Journal of Southwest Normal University (Scientific Edition), vice chairman of Chongqing Physical Society, professor-level consultant in Chongqing, and member of CAD expert group of Chongqing Enterprise Information Technology Support Center.
