The health certificate is mainly for the consideration of other children. After all, children have poor resistance. ② Birth certificate, household registration certificate and residence certificate. Birth certificate is the most important condition for entering the park. The proof of residence is that some kindergartens will require houses to be rented for more than three years.
③ Infant immunization certificate. Vaccination certificate is the record certificate of children's vaccination, and every child should establish a certificate and vaccinate in accordance with state regulations. For safety reasons, kindergartens need to provide this certificate when they enter the park, so parents must bring this certificate when they go through the admission procedures, so as not to affect the efficiency of entering the park.
(4) Some kindergartens have the requirement of settled years. Because some kindergartens are too popular, in order to control the number of children entering the park, there will be requirements for the number of years of settlement. Regarding the issuance of the certificate of settlement period, it needs to be issued by the police station in the jurisdiction where the household registration is moved.
