How to evaluate mine value

Calculation method of mine value evaluation (calculation method of mine evaluation) Mining right evaluation: estimation method of mine production capacity

Production capacity estimation method

1. According to the economic and reasonable mine service life.

(1) metal ore

In which: a- mine production capacity;

Q- recoverable reserves;

T- reasonable mine service life;

-Ore dilution rate.

The ore dilution rate in the above formula is originally the waste rock mixing rate. Because the grade of mixed waste rock is generally low, it is difficult to determine the specific value. In order to simplify the calculation, the ore dilution rate is often used instead of the waste rock mixing rate.

The above formula can also be used for minerals with index requirements for ore grade, such as chemical industry and building materials.

(2) nonmetallic ore

In which: a- mine production capacity;

Q- recoverable reserves;

T- reasonable mine service life;

K-reserve coefficient.

In particular, if the above formula is used to calculate the production capacity or service life of a coal mine, when evaluating and calculating the mining loss, the mining recovery rate is the mining recovery rate rather than the mine recovery rate, that is, the "recoverable reserves" still include some ores lost in the mining process. Therefore, considering the consistency with the design specification, the "recoverable reserves" are revised by using the reserve utilization coefficient. If the mining recovery rate is calculated according to the mine recovery rate, the reserve coefficient should not be included in the formula.

According to the geological structure and mining technical conditions, the reserve coefficient range of mining is 1.3 ~ 1.5, and that of open-pit mining is 1. 1 ~ 1.2. The specific values are as follows:

Underground mining and open-pit mining

Complex geological and mining technical conditions 1.5- 1.2

Geological and mining technical conditions are medium: 1.4- 1. 1.

Simple geological and mining technical conditions 1.3- 1. 1.

The reasonable service life of mines with different production scale types are shown in Table 6 ~ Table 8:

2. According to the mining decline rate.

In which: a- mine production capacity;

V—— annual decline rate of mining;

S—— the ore body area in the typical mining stage;

D- ore weight;

-Mining recovery rate;

-Ore dilution rate.

See Table 9 and Table 10 for the annual decline rate of general mines in China.

3. Stone mine

Compared with other minerals, the calculation of mining capacity of stone materials (such as marble and granite). ) is special, the main economic and technical requirements of its mining are to maximize the exploitation of complete stone waste with certain specifications. The calculation formula is:

In which: a- mine production capacity;

Qh- the amount of waste produced in one year;

Qb-annual output of plate;

KD- coefficient of lifting transportation loss, KD =1%-2%;

η b plate velocity.

4. Stone mine

When the production capacity of stone materials (such as limestone and dolomite) is expressed by volume, the calculation formula is:

In which: A- stone production capacity;

Q- recoverable reserves of stone;

K- geological influence coefficient;

β-loose coefficient;

T- mine service years.
