Notice of unit price of budget salary for antique buildings and landscape engineering

In order to promote the standardized management of the construction market and solve the current situation of low labor costs and workers' wages in construction projects, through research, it is decided to appropriately adjust the unit price standard of budget wages for construction, decoration, installation, municipal administration, decoration, antique buildings and garden projects in our province. The specific adjustment measures are notified as follows:
First, adjust the standards.
1, the contractor and material contractor are adjusted to the following standards:
Construction, installation and municipal engineering: 47.00 yuan/working day for Grade I, 44.00 yuan/working day for Grade II and 4 1.00 yuan/working day for Grade III; Independent renovation project: 54.00 ~ 70.00 yuan/man-day; Repair works: 44.00 yuan/man-day; Antique Architecture and Landscape Engineering: The first and fourth volumes of Budget Quota for Antique Architecture and Landscape Engineering (90th Edition) are 44.00 yuan/working day, and the second and third volumes are 53 yuan/working day; The first volume and the third volume (07 edition) of Jiangsu Antique Architecture and Landscape Engineering Valuation Table shall be implemented in 44 yuan/workday and the second volume in 53 yuan/workday.
2. The project without contractor is adjusted to the following standards: except for the single decoration project of 69.00 ~ 86.00 yuan/man-day, the second and third volumes of the budget quota for antique architecture and landscape engineering in 90 edition, and the 69 yuan/man-day in the second volume of the pricing table for antique architecture and landscape engineering in Jiangsu Province in 07 edition, all the other projects are 58.00 yuan/man-day.
3. The hourly work is adjusted to the following standards: except for a single decoration project of 60.00 yuan/man-day, the second and third volumes of the budget quota for antique architecture and landscape engineering in the 90th edition, and the 56 yuan/man-day in the second volume of the pricing table for antique architecture and landscape engineering in Jiangsu Province in the 07th edition, all other projects are 48.00 yuan/man-day.
Second, the adjustment method
1. When preparing the investment estimate and design estimate, it shall be implemented according to the corresponding engineering standards specified in this notice.
2. The determination of the pre-tender estimate of the project subject to tender and the determination of the unit wage of the project not included in the budget according to law shall be carried out in accordance with the standards stipulated in this notice.
3. The salary standard adjusted in this notice is applicable to fixed lump sum contract, fixed unit price contract and adjustable contracts. If there is an agreement in the contract, it shall be handled according to the agreement; If there is no agreement in the contract, the standards in this notice shall prevail.
4. For the construction, installation and municipal projects under construction with a budget quota of 200 1 (projects for which a construction contract has been signed before the implementation of the bill of quantities valuation specification), when the contract can be adjusted according to national policies, the labor wage standard for unfinished workload (including mechanical machine-team) will be adjusted at 44.00 yuan/man-day.
5. The unit price of budgeted salary in the quota of mechanical machine-team in our province shall be implemented according to 44 yuan/man-day.
6. The unit price standard of budgeted wages stipulated in this notice shall be included in the base price as the basis for charging according to the provisions of the cost quota (calculation rules).
Third, the implementation time.
Since April 2008 1. Prior to this, the projects under construction that signed the construction contract shall be executed according to the contract. If there is no agreement in the contract, this standard will be implemented until the unfinished project is completed in April of 1 year.
