It is reported that the second batch of centralized land supply will be unveiled soon, and the first batch of housing enterprises that have not got their favorite plots can pay attention to it in advance. According to the news of TUA, Wujin District plans to transfer two high-quality plots in the second batch of land supply, namely, Jin Dongfang West Plot in Niutang Town and Orfila Gaoxin Qingying Foreign Language West Plot.
Jin Dongfang West Zone
The plot on the west side of Jin Dongfang is located in Niutang Town, Wujin District, south of Yanzheng West Street and east of Caoxi Road, covering an area of 59,865 ㎡ (89.8 mu of contract), with a plot ratio of 2.0, which is residential land.
The main land use is the second-class residential land (R2), which is compatible with commercial land (B 1). The total construction area of commercial land shall not be greater than 5% of the total construction area. Commercial housing should not be set up, and commercial housing should be set up centrally along Caoxi Road.

The transaction plot in the far area is Jinlu Chunqiu Jinmaofu Project in the south of Yancheng Plate (land price 12922 yuan/square meter). At present, the overall price of new houses is around 30,000-35,000 yuan /m2, including villas and villa products.
The plot is less than 2 kilometers away from the large-scale commercial facilities of Wujin Aegean Shopping Park. The shopping center will create a more fashionable, young and holiday shopping space. Qingying foreign language west side plot
The plot on the west side of Qingying Foreign Language is located in Wujin National High-tech Zone, east of Fengqi Road and south of Longqian Road, with an area of 38,892 ㎡ (contract 58.3 mu) and plot ratio 1.8. This is a residential land.
The main land use is the second-class residential land (R2), which is compatible with commercial land (B 1). The total construction area of commercial land shall not be greater than 5% of the total construction area. Commercial housing shall not be set up, and commercial housing shall be set up centrally along Fengqing Road on the east side.

The plot on the west side of Qingying Foreign Language is located in the core area of Orfila High-tech Intercity Station along the Yangtze River, with obvious location advantages. It is adjacent to two rail transit lines (Metro 1 Line has been opened and planned Metro Line 6), 1 Intercity High-speed Railway (Jiangsu South Intercity High-speed Railway Wujin Station), Fengqi Road, Xihu Road, Changwu Road, Changhe Expressway and other urban trunk roads, and the surrounding living facilities are complete.
There is also a kindergarten in the southeast corner of the plot, adjacent to Qingying Foreign Language School on the east side, with rich educational resources.
The planning scope of the intercity station along the Yangtze River is 4.26 square kilometers, of which the core area is about 1.09 square kilometers. At present, the design scheme of the comprehensive transportation hub project (the main project of the first phase) of Wujin Station of Jiangsu South Yangtze River Intercity Railway has been publicized before approval. It is reported that the completed Wujin Station will be connected with the intercity station along the Yangtze River of Changzhou Metro 1 Line to realize inter-station communication and convenient transfer.
