How to inquire about real estate registration information;

1, the real estate registration information shall be inquired in the archives room of the county land and housing property right registration center to which the house belongs, and the inquiry application shall be filled in, copied and printed and stamped with the seal of the archives room. (Note: rural houses and self-built houses in villages and towns are printed and inquired in the archives of towns or their affiliated housing management offices. The registration materials shall not be queried only on the condition of the name of the obligee. Natural persons, legal persons and other organizations can provide proof of identity and proof of the location of the house, and can inquire about the natural condition of the real estate and the restrictions on rights such as seizure and mortgage in the register; Inquiring and copying the register shall comply with the following provisions: the owner can provide proof of identity and proof of real estate, and can inquire and copy the information in his real estate register.

2. After entering the homepage of online real estate, click "Real Estate for Sale" on the navigation bar, and the list information of real estate for sale will be listed at the bottom right. Fill in the inquiry application form (if you don't know what to check, check all), inquire about the real estate registration information, bring your ID card or valid certificate, go to the real estate transaction office in the district where the house is located, and go to the inquiry window. Inquire about real estate registration information online: open the browser, Baidu "real estate online", and click the URL in the search results to enter.

3. Check the real estate registration information, click "Property List" in the upper right corner, and the property map of the property will appear. The default display is 1 # building and property map. Click on the number of the building you purchased, such as Building No.3 and residence. The 3 # building and property map will be displayed. Red means that it has been filed, yellow means that it has been decompressed, and gray means that the property is still mortgaged.
