Article 4 Treatment and Payment
In principle, Party B's salary consists of basic salary, commission and bonus. The specific composition and amount are determined according to Party B's monthly performance: the basic salary is RMB 1500 yuan (￥ 1, 500 yuan), and new members of Party B will be rewarded with RMB 100 (￥ 1 000).

Article 5 Liability for breach of contract

2. If Party B's monthly live broadcast is valid for 27 days and lasts for 90 hours, and the monthly brush amount does not reach the basic salary standard, Party A has the right to cancel Party B's anchor qualification.
3. If Party B does not obey Party A's arrangement, Party A has the right to cancel Party B's anchor qualification, and the monthly basic salary and bonus will not be settled and paid.
4. If either party breaches the contract, the breaching party shall immediately stop the breach and take remedial measures. If losses are caused to the observant party, the observant party shall compensate all losses (including direct losses and indirect losses) suffered by the observant party within seven (7) days, and the observant party has the right to send a written notice to the defaulting party, requiring it to correct the breach of contract from the date when it becomes aware of the breach. Remarks:
The official anchor of 1 must broadcast on time every day. If there are special circumstances, you need to apply one day in advance and ask for leave after approval. Those who don't start broadcasting without approval will be regarded as absenteeism, and the basic salary will be deducted 100 yuan. Party A has the right to cancel the anchor qualification if it appears for more than 2 times. Only three paid holidays are allowed in a month, one extra day will be deducted from 50 yuan, and two extra days will be deducted 100 yuan, and so on.
It is forbidden for anchors in the family to pull fans from each other, and it is forbidden to disclose all other anchor information. If found, the anchor qualification will be cancelled directly, and all wages and deposits will be deducted.

The anchors have different talents, different time conditions and slightly different salaries. Article 6 Force Majeure

Article 7 Modification of the Contract
