What is the structure of scroll refrigeration compressor?

The scroll refrigeration compressor is mainly composed of scroll rotor, scroll stator, motor rotor, motor stator, eccentric shaft, main bearing, lubricating parts and casing, as shown in Figure 4-6. Like the fully enclosed reciprocating rolling rotor compressor, the eccentric hole is used for "oil pumping" lubrication. The compressor motor is located at the lower part of the fully enclosed steel shell and the compressor is located at the upper part, which has the advantages of less parts, light weight, small volume, small vibration and energy saving.

Scroll refrigeration compressor is a high-tech product, and its technical performance is better than that of piston refrigeration compressor. See Table 4-3 for the technical performance comparison between scroll and piston refrigeration compressors.
