Conditions for Modification and Termination of this Agreement

4. Party B will assist Party A in normal house inspection and maintenance.

5. When the lease expires, Party B shall return the house to Party A intact. If it is necessary to continue to lease the above-mentioned real estate, it shall negotiate with Party A _ _ _ months in advance, and both parties shall sign another contract. During the lease period, Party B shall pay for water, electricity, gas, cable TV and telephone according to the actual usage.
